Moxa stick is made from dried mugwort and can be used to address a myriad of health issues. It is great in wintertime as it supports immune system and kidneys, which are active in these winter months.<\/p><p><strong>Workshop includes:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>\u00a0theory about moxa: what it is and how to use it,<\/li><li>\u00a0reflexology of the soles and the palms,<\/li><li>practical use of acupressure points that are easy to reach,<\/li><li>a ritual for connecting to the element of fire before we start <em>moxing<\/em> our feet.<\/li><\/ul><p>Please provide yourself with a moxa stick and a bamboo box for moxa as we will be using it in this course. You will also need two different containers, one for moxa ash, the other with a bit of dry rice to extinguish moxa.<\/p><p>Should you need, I can provide you with a moxa set (on a surcharge).<\/p><p>You will also need a candle, a cotton towel and woolen socks.<\/p><p>Date of the course will be available shortly. All the workshops will be conducted via zoom and recording will be available after class. Presentation will be sent to you before the lecture.
