herbs that serve us well. Each plant is an adaptogen: it will support us in the way we need it.<\/p><p>There is an unlimited creativity in working with herbs. The same herb can become a tea in your cup, a spice in the kitchen or an incense in the house. Likewise, a spread on the bread could be a cream on your face or a massage oil to spoil your bodies.
