Womb Healing love
Release your pattern of 'fight or flight' and balance out your nervous system
This technique holds for men and women equally as we have all experienced our time in the womb. The mother and the baby are inextricably linked during pregnancy, so the baby feels everything that happens in the mother and in her surroundings. That shapes the body and the mind, as well as our perceptions, thinking patters and the way of relating. Limiting beliefs that started in the womb are original wound.
When healing the time in the womb, the amniotic fluid, umbilical cord, placenta, mother’s feelings and emotions are examined, as well as the conditions of the baby in the womb.
Was there enough space, attention, food or nurturing? Were we wanted as babies? Were there any sociopolitical changes that could have influenced the feelings of the mother or grandmother?
As baby’s nervous system develops, it sucks in all the information. At pre-verbal stage the baby learns through the body sensations, memorizing the chemistry in the body. Because of its familiarity, an adult ends up perpetuating situations in order to experience the same body sensations. The experience in the womb becomes the basis for all the emotional and behavioural patterns. This primary response system is efficiently balanced with the womb healing technique.
For me, womb healing was instrumental in processing anxiety. I have hurried into this world and I have always been in hurry. I have always joked that I am already returning while other people are starting to depart. After womb healing, I have calmed down substantially. My breathing became much calmer and deeper. I can handle the cold better.
