Shamanic herbalism 1

As I began to love myself, I freed myself of anything that is not good for my health: food, people, things, situations, and everything that drew me down and away from myself. At first, I called this attitude a healthy egoism. Today I know it is LOVE OF ONESELF.

Do I listen to the language of my body and can I take care of it with the appropriate herbs?

Integrated approach connects the body & the mind, the soul & the ether

This is an integrated course, where we will match the herbs with the language of the physical and emotional body, so that we can consciously use their beneficial properties. I am sharing with you the knowledge and wisdom that I have had access to over the last of 15 years and even longer.

I integrate the knowledge of shamanic elements, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Taoist tradition. Our bodies talk to us through different symptoms and in this way, they signaling an important information about us and the world around us. The earlier we notice an imbalance, the easier it is to address it, either with any of the healing techniques available or through the food and the herbs. My point of departure is that the food is our best medicine.

Meeting the abundance of medicinal plants around us

We shall meet those medicinal plants that grow in nature and can be easily foraged in European space. Herbs can be prepared for the use in the kitchen or domestic pharmacy. The course contains numerous techniques on how to prepare herbs for later use, so that the same herb can become a tea in your cup, a spice in your kitchen, a medicine in your first aid kit or incense in your house.

The purpose of this workshop is to give you an overview of what is possible, so that you can awaken to your creativity and motivation that you go to nature to forage herbs and create your own herbal concoctions. Herbs are a source of unlimited creativity and they can help us immensely, if we know how to use their beneficial properties consciously.

Сan you guess what is brewing?

Exploring the wonders of amanita muscaria led me to explore the deadly night shade and the deadly night shade led me to Dunja Perko's shamanic herbalism course. The meetings were so inspiring, so full of discovery and that I was really looking forward to the next meeting. Through the shamanic workshops, the meetings were connecting the elements, TCM - Traditional Chinese Medicine and the herbs we use in cooking and for health purposes. We are a very nice small group of warm-hearted people. To be honest, we are like sisters. Every time we meet, whether it's in person or on Zoom, we share our opinions, our experiences, what good things we cook and eat. Dunja is a treasure, she presents everything from her vision stand, knowledge and experience, only this kind of lecture takes you into the knowledge that you will really try for yourself. Let’s see what's next for us 😊
